Dr. Molly Gray

Dr. Molly Gray, DPT, has been practicing physical therapy since 2012 with a focus on helping people return to the movement and activities that bring them joy. After becoming a mother herself, she developed a deep passion for pelvic health care before, during, and after birth, supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She offers compassionate, evidence-based care that blends her expertise in orthopedics, pelvic health, and mindful movement. she provides in-home visits for added convenience, addition to appointments at The Portal.

As a mother of two, Dr. Valerie understands the challenges of prioritizing your own well-being while caring for a family. She offers a personalized healing experience where you’ll feel supported, heard, and guided to honor your body’s needs. As an Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Pelvic Floor Specialist, she uses hands-on techniques to mobilize tissues and joints, support pelvic health, reduce pain, and restore healthy movement

Physical Therapy session

  • As a mother of two young boys I know how hard it can be to prioritize your own well-being while you take care of your family. Modeling how to effectively manage your own health is a gift you can give your children that will serve them forever. My goal is to provide a uniquely personal healing experience. I want you to feel heard, supported, and cared for. We will honor your pain tolerance and practice listening to your body. As an Orthopedic Manual Therapy specialist I will use hands on techniques to mobilize the affected tissues and joints.

  • Dr. Molly Gray has been practicing physical therapy since 2012 and has a passion for assisting and empowering people with the knowledge needed to return to the activities and movement that brings joy to life. She received her Bachelors of Science from Oregon State University in 2010 in Exercise and Sports Science and then left for University of the Pacific in Stockton, California to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Since her graduation in 2013 she has worked all over the Pacific Northwest treating patients with orthopedic and pelvic concerns, and many patients with persistent pain conditions. In January 2018 she had her first son, which opened her eyes to the substantial need for more pelvic health care before, during, and after birth. During her free time she enjoys hiking, jogging, and practicing yoga.
