Expect a dynamic fusion of Pilates-inspired core work, and Vinyasa —set to upbeat music and led with intentional breath cues. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, tuning in, and getting stronger from the inside out.

Fit 45 Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a high-intensity strength and conditioning class built to push your limits and build strength mentally and physically . Combining functional movements, weight + resistance training, cardio bursts, and bodyweight drills, this class is designed to build strength, increase endurance, and improve overall athletic performance.
Mindful Movement.
You’ll move with purpose, form, and fire—with guidance, and great music. In this class you can expect a killer 45 minute session filled with weights, resistance bands, cardio and calisthenics, no two classes are the same—but every class will leave you stronger, healthier, and more confident.
Come as you are—no prior experience needed. Just a willingness to meet yourself in the fire and rise through it.

This class will be in a heated room and is inspired by the 26 classic Bikram Postures.

Sound Bath + Meditation is an immersive, restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, balance your energy, and reset your mental state. You’ll be guided into stillness through breath awareness and grounding meditation, followed by a full-body sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational tools.

As a mother of two young boys I know how hard it can be to prioritize your own well-being while you take care of your family. Modeling how to effectively manage your own health is a gift you can give your children that will serve them forever. My goal is to provide a uniquely personal healing experience. I want you to feel heard, supported, and cared for. We will honor your pain tolerance and practice listening to your body. As an Orthopedic Manual Therapy specialist I will use hands on techniques to mobilize the affected tissues and joints.

Dr. Molly Gray has been practicing physical therapy since 2012 and has a passion for assisting and empowering people with the knowledge needed to return to the activities and movement that brings joy to life. She received her Bachelors of Science from Oregon State University in 2010 in Exercise and Sports Science and then left for University of the Pacific in Stockton, California to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Since her graduation in 2013 she has worked all over the Pacific Northwest treating patients with orthopedic and pelvic concerns, and many patients with persistent pain conditions. In January 2018 she had her first son, which opened her eyes to the substantial need for more pelvic health care before, during, and after birth. During her free time she enjoys hiking, jogging, and practicing yoga.
